Anxiety, Stress, Dialysis, and Spirituality

In today’s episode I will discuss how anxiety and stress are associated with kidney disease, and most importantly people who are on dialysis are prone to anxiety, stress and depression and anger! 

We are misunderstood by many, including doctors and nurses and technicians who attend us on dialysis. 

It seems everyone is busy telling us what not to do, drink and eat. But no one has offered me any advice or education or tips for that matter on how to live a healthy productive lifestyle. 

I’m amazed it’s been almost two years this October since I got on dialysis and I feel disappointed in the medical system and my dialysis clinic. 

But my spirituality and faith in God has kept me going.
